Don't Even Try to Walk It Back

"... and he thinks his poop don't stink."

Tertian Quidd, P. 67, Melania Has a Cow.  2010, Riner Free PressDon

There is such a thing as behavior so reprehensible that it is indefensible by any account.  Donald Trump’s behavior is without exception the worst I have witnessed by any adult.  His attempt to disparage John McCain following the senator’s death is unpardonable. John McCain, because of his stalwart behavior as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam where he was mercilessly tortured by his captors is absolutely a military hero.  His service and dedication as a United States Senator is laudable.  For whatever reason the current president has decided to berate John McCain and attempt to defame him in the hour of his death is well beyond the pale of human decency. As Commander in Chief his conduct and comportment represent behavior unbecoming an officer.

Politics will always reflect disagreements great and small, but at the time of death respect for a veteran who has served his country is not political.  How dare this president act out like he has in front of the whole world.  He is unfit to lay a wreath on the tomb of the unknowns, and undeserving of the honor of having a flag draped coffin at his own funeral.  The disrespect he has shown certainly will be returned to him on the day of his death, and he knows not when that day will come.

  1. It is too bad the ideas and practice of honor and respect are lost upon his cult like followers.
